ABOUT GTLNC 
* The City of Los Angeles organized a program of neighborhood groups (councils) whose purpose is to interact between local neighborhood residents and
  City government. 
* The Greater Toluca Lake Neighborhood Council was certified by the City of Los Angeles in September 2002 and has been active ever since.
* The boundaries of our neighborhood council include Toluca Woods, Toluca Terrace, West  Toluca Lake and, of course, Toluca Lake <click here for map>.
* The Greater Toluca Lake Neighborhood Council holds a regular monthly board meeting to inform neighbors about what is happening in our community and to hear any
  concerns from our neighbors/ stakeholders.
* There are monthly Committee meetings that are the first line of access for your issues or concerns.
