The Greater Toluca Lake Neighborhood Council provides a voice and conduit between to the community of Toluca Lake and the City of Los Angeles. We invite you to join us and become involved in your community. Learn more and participate in making Toluca Lake one of the "great neighborhoods" of LA.
We have monthly General Board meetings, always on the 3rd Tuesday of the month at the Toluca Lake Elementary School Auditorium, as well as topic-specific committees that meet monthly, such as Planning & Land Use, Environmental Affairs, Outreach & Elections, Public Safety and the Executive Committee.
