Town Hall Meeting - October 14

One issue of pressing concern to everyone in Greater Toluca Lake is how our community reacts to the ongoing pressure from developers to change the face of our community. The Planning Committee of GTLNC fields a steady stream of requests for variances from City building and zoning codes to go ever higher and construct projects with greater density.

To create a uniform response, GTLNC needs the input of the community. In addition, GTLNC hired a professional consulting firm called Urban Studio. The scope of work focused on updating our Community Design Overlay for the generally commercially zoned area located on Riverside Drive between Clybourn Avenue and Sancola Avenue. 

The results of this work will be available for community review and input on Tuesday, October 14 at 7PM at the auditorium of Toluca Lake Elementary.
