Project Updates: Neighborhood Watch Group If you would like to be part of the growing Neighborhood Watch program in the Greater Toluca Lake Area to be informed and "in the loop", please contact Steve Hampar at 818.687.4915 or steve@hamparproperties.com and we will connect you with the watch captain for your street. If you would like to start a Neighborhood Watch program for your street contact Steve. Please see GTLNC boundary map under "About Us" to see if you are in our Neighborhood Council area. On borderline streets, the centerline of the street is the dividing line.
