The Greater Toluca Lake Neighborhood Council (“GTLNC”) urges Los Angeles County to prevent Universal City Studios LLC d/b/a Universal Studios Hollywood (“Universal”) from allowing the Fast & Furious roller coaster (“Rollercoaster”) to commence regular operations until its noise impacts on surrounding residential neighborhoods are eliminated and compliance with the Universal Studios Specific Plan has been demonstrated.
