Governmental Affairs Committee

The GTLNC Government Affairs Committee is responsible for working with agencies and representatives at all levels of government to articulate and communicate community concerns. The public may bring issues to the GTLNC at which point the issue would be designated to this Committee and proper steps would be taken to work with the public and government toward resolution.The committee reviews public policy and government related issues including City, County and State legislative matters, and makes recommendations to the GTLNC Board for consideration and action, including Community Impact Statements.

The Government Affairs Committee takes place on the first Monday of every month from 6:00 to 7:30PM.
