Our community, Greater Toluca Lake, urgently requires two (2) LAMC 41.18(c) Los Angeles City Council designation protections:
1) at the underpass located at 4400 Vineland Avenue at Riverside Drive, and
2) at the 11100 block of Riverside Drive and its three freeway underpasses (near 11400 Hortense Street)
