The GTLNC decided in 2010 to proactively work on ways to improve the safety, beautification, economic vitality and environmental sustainability of Toluca Lake. Since that time, the GTLNC has been a leader in the Neighborhood Council system to advance planning efforts, commission studies, and play an active and meaningful role in advancing positive results for our community. Riverside Dr. (Sancola to Clybourn)
